  • 2 Sesame seed buns or a bagels toasted, split in half
  • 1 can 14 oz Canned salmon, drained
  • 1 Bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 Sweet onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 Soft boiled eggs sliced
  1. In a bowl mix together the salmon, bell pepper, sweet onions and the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Top the toasted bun with the salmon mixture and the sliced egg.
  3. Serve with spring with a salad (like this one - Spring Salad with Romano Cheese), or on its own
