  • 2 cups greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 English cucumber, grated, then strained of juice
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dill roughly chopped
