Parmesan Crusted Salmon - the beautiful parmesan crumb crust imparts lots of parmesan flavor to the fish and the genius way of controlling the temp when cooking it will yield the most flavorful and juicy salmon fillet.
Preheat the oven to 500°F.
Meanwhile, wash 2 lbs fish fillets and dry with paper towel.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp olive oil or apply a thin coat of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper & 1 garlic powdered or pressed garlic on top.
Mix 1/2 cup breadcrumbs & 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
