  • 1 lb chicken breast ground
  • 1 lb chicken thigh ground (or 1 lb pork sirloin)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper
  • Burger Buns toasted
  • Tomatoes sliced
  • Salad leaves
  1. In a bowl combine, 1 lb ground chicken breast, 1 lb ground chicken thighs, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1/2 cup chopped scallions, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup diced bell pepper, 1½ tsp salt, 1 tsp steak seasoning, 1 tsp ground mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika until well combined.

  2. Use the same technique we used to make the Bacon Burgers to shape the burgers. Use a half cup measuring cup to make a 4 oz burger patty. Transfer the meat to a 5 inch round ramekin or other container. Rinsing the container with water right before filling with meat will help the meat release easier. Separate patties with wax or parchment paper.
To cook:
  1. Cook in a well oiled skillet over medium high heat with the lid on, rotating once the first side is well browned.
  2. To grill: preheat the grill over medium high and cook on both sides until cooked through.
Make the sauce:
  1. Stir 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 pressed garlic and 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce until smooth.

  1. While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns and spread the some of the sauce on one side. Place the sliced tomatoes and green salad leaves on top of one side of the toasted buns.
  2. Once the burger patties are cooked, place them on top of the prepared burger buns with veggies. Now put the other half of the patty on top and enjoy!
