Juicy homemade burger patties made with ground chicken and Feta cheese.
In a bowl combine, 1 lb ground chicken breast, 1 lb ground chicken thighs, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1/2 cup chopped scallions, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup diced bell pepper, 1½ tsp salt, 1 tsp steak seasoning, 1 tsp ground mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika until well combined.
Stir 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 pressed garlic and 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce until smooth.
