Greek Salad recipe is a colorful and delicious summer salad full of delicious veggies and zesty dressing. This salad dressing will become your favorite!
Combine 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 2 pressed cloves of garlic, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Oregano and 1 tsp ground black pepper in a jar and shake to combine.
Rinse all vegetables under running water, then spin in a salad spinner to remove extra moisture, or paper towel dry. Chop the vegetables. Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl, then drizzle half the dressing. Toss the greek salad with the greek salad dressing to coat it evenly. Then add more dressing to taste.
