This Cheesy Parmesan Crusted Salmon Bake recipe is an easy baked salmon recipe. This salmon recipe is salmon wrapped in cheese and topped with crispy crust.
Combine 1/2 cup Panko crumbs, 1/4-1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, and 1 tbsp butter together in a bowl. Stir until the butter coats the crumbs evenly. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425°F with the baking rack in the middle.
Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof baking dish (I used a 9’’x6’’) and flatten the salmon mixture. Sprinkle the top evenly with cheese, then breadcrumb mixture.
