A classic bacon burger patty recipe made with ground beef, onions, bacon, and seasonings.
Add 4 lbs of beef, 1 lb smoked bacon, 1 grated onion, 1 Tbsp salt, 1/2 Tbsp black pepper and 2 tsp garlic powder in a bowl and mix until everything is well combined.

Heat skillet with a drizzle of oil over medium high, place the patty and cook for 2-3 minutes per side depending on preferred doneness.
While the patty is cooking, toast the buns, spread mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard, and put a piece of green leaf lettuce, onion and tomato on the bottom bun.
Clean the grill with the grill brush, heat the coals and allow the flames to die down.
