Cheesecake and Berry Trifle
{This post was created as part of a sponsored series with Socialstars and SPLENDA® Brand; all opinions are my own, though}
With all the berries that are in season right now, it’s only natural to want to use them in any way possible. This Cheesecake and Berry Trifle dessert is such an amazing and easy dessert idea, that I am surprised I have not been making it more often. The berries add a fresh burst of flavor and make it not only delicious, but very presentable whether you want to eat it with your dinner for dessert, or serve it to your guests as a grand finale!
The whole thing from start to finish probably does not take more than 10-15 minutes, so if you’re short on time or just don’t like fussing in the kitchen, this one’s for you!
Angel Food cake makes a nice and light base for the cheesecake sweetened with low calorie SPLENDA® Sweetener, because who needs extra calories, am I right?
