Salmon Sandwich

Salmon sandwich topped with boiled eggs and pepper with fresh salad on a plate.

I always keep a couple of cans of salmon just so that I can make these sandwiches. This Toasted Sesame Bun with Salmon and Egg is fast food, but homemade,  and as nutritious as it is delicious! Serve it with some salad or on it’s own, either way – give it a try!

Toasted Sesame Bun with Salmon and Egg

Ingredients:

  • Sesame seed buns or a bagels, toasted, split in half
  • Canned salmon, drained
  • Bell pepper, diced
  • Sweet onion, diced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Soft boiled eggs, sliced

How to make a salmon sandwich:

In a bowl mix together the salmon, bell pepper, sweet onions and the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the toasted bun with the salmon mixture and the sliced egg.
Serve with spring with a salad (like this one – Spring Salad with Romano Cheese), or on its own.

Ingredients
