Every year our extended family gets together for the big holidays, you know, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and such. Usually by the time everyone gets together and all the dishes are on the table I am starving.

  • Darigold Medium White Cheddar Cheese (or another good quality White Cheddar Cheese)
  • chopped parsley
  • olives
  • cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • rucola leaves

Mix the parsley, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes and the oil.
